Career Transition Consultation
A Career Transition Consultation helps me to understand your career journey to date.  This is more than just reading your CV/resume, this is an opportunity for me to discover what you do for a living, what you enjoy about your role, discover the skills you have as a result of your experience (which most people don't realise they have!) and how these skills can be transferable to another role.  By the end of this session, you will leave it understanding which pathway feels best for you based on your experience and your motivations. 
Defining your Career Pathway / Job Search Guidance
Once we've determined what pathway feels right for you, it’s time to create that step by step journey  to help get you the role you're looking for.  This involves indicating what learning and development you might need to help facilitate your next move, understanding what developmental areas you can gain experience with in your existing role and pointing you in the right direction to know what jobs are out there when you have reached the end of that path and are ready to take the next steps.  Few career transitions are ready-made, it takes action and steps to get to the end goal and I am here to facilitate that for you. 
By the end of the discovery package, I will share with you a personalised report which you can reference back to regarding our discussion which outlines your pathway to your next steps. 

You have now determined what career path you wish to take, all you need to do now is secure it.  This can be the most challenging step for some who are uncertain of the best way to articulate their skills and experience and help recruiters / hiring managers realise that you are the right person for the vacancy.  I am here to guide you through this experience and set you up for success. 
The first impression with your new prospective employer is your CV/Resume, and first impressions always count.

So many people do not invest the time to tailor and personalise their CV/Resume to draw out how their skills and experience makes them the right fit for the role. 

Recruiters/Hiring Managers are often bombarded with CV's/Resumes so it's vital that yours hits the mark and ignites enthusiasm to want to meet you for an interview.

This session will enable me to help you determine what makes you stand out for the role and ensure that the company will want to learn more about what you can offer. 

After we conduct a 45 minute consultation you will be issued with a new CV/Resume* which is tailored to you that showcases the very best of your skills and experience. 
So you've impressed the recruiter/hiring manager with your CV/Resume and the next step is the interview process. 

I will help you with personalised hints and tips based on the role you are interested in pursuing to help you to craft interview answers which demonstrate the skills and experience required for the role so that the hiring manager wants you to fulfil their role. 

By the end of both of these 45 minute sessions, you will have been coached on prepping with interview examples and we'll have completed a mock interview with real feedback on your performance to take into a live interview with hiring managers.
