Hi, my name is Tony and I am a Career Navigation Specialist.  I am based in Belfast, Northern Ireland and when I am not navigating people with their careers, I'm usually playing with my French Bulldog, Bowser, connecting with friends and family (I'm the baby of five!) or unwinding with my husband either at home or on our travels which we love to do in our spare time. 

I have spent the last 15 years specialising in workforce planning which has enabled me to develop the skills to help facilitate career moves and transitions for people.  My most recent experience is in the Professional Services industry where I have been responsible for supporting people with their careers across a wide range of industries which include technology, change and transformation, project management, accountancy, legal, clerical work and HR / people function roles meaning that I have a detailed understanding of the careers within these industries and the skills required for these roles which help me to identify how to increase your chances for promotion or to understand the transferable skills you have to find your next path.

I've spent the last 18 years working in a corporate environment which has given me direct exposure to navigating difficult circumstances in the workplace and turn them into opportunities.  I’ve led teams face to face, virtually and across multiple territories around the world which has given me exposure to various ways of working and best practice.
